- Who actually needs a paid seat?
- Only the builders, designers, and estimators doing the work. Your clients get their own free login to see progress and approve selections, and suppliers are never charged to receive an order from you.
- What happens to my projects if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Your projects, selections, and Home Registries stay exactly where they are — beyond the free plan limits they become read-only, never destroyed.
- Is the handoff registry really included?
- Yes. Every installed product with its SKU, photo, install date, manuals, and reorder link is part of Pro at no extra cost. It is the thing your client keeps for the life of the house, so charging extra for it never made sense to us.
- Do I have to buy my fixtures through you?
- No. The catalogue and trade pricing are there because they make specifying faster and ordering one click, but the software is yours to use either way.
- What does the trial include?
